Jessie has had personal experience with dealing with love ones with many health issues that seems to be unresolved with conventional methods. The creative approach he uses combines the wisdom of traditional medicine philosophy such as Ayurveda Medicine, one of the world’s oldest holistic (“whole-body”) healing systems. It was developed more than 5,000 years ago in India. Jessie has keen observation and listen skills in identifying and understanding the underlying influences of disease. Jessie firsthand notice the healing power of alternative medicine when he applied the knowledge to his depressed significant other. In addition to learning different ways to approach healing, Jessie is passionate about providing natural health education. He enjoys teaching clients about the different approach to heal from chronic disease and teaching them about what triggers these issues, so that they can diagnosis their own physical and emotional cues that may lead to ill health. His program is tailor to fit into even the busiest of lifestyles. His philosophy is to help you find the root cause of your condition, not to merely manage the symptoms.

Nutritional Therapy uses food or dietary supplements, which is considered a subcategory of food in FDA legal documents to prevent and reverse diseases. In order for food to be therapeutic, it must be nutrient-dense, Nutrients are plant and animal sources providing macronutrients (protein, carbohydrates, fat), micronutrients (vitamins, minerals, phytochemicals, antioxidants, probiotics), and fiber. They are whole and unprocessed vegetables, fruits, beans, legumes, whole grains, and raw nuts/seeds. Free range, grass-fed organic meat, dairy, eggs, and wild fish also qualify. We take this information and create a daily supplementation plan for you to safely and easily implement into your daily regiment to improve certain health conditions.

Personal coaching is where we get to dive deep into the core issues of the client, so that we can bring a deep meaningful transformation with lasting results that come from one-on-one personal coaching appointments that will be available via Skype or Zoom video and messaging, phone calls, texting, or email.

This eLearning instructional design course will teach individuals how to take back their power when dealing with certain health issues. By teaching them a more organic way of regaining internal balance with a focus on overall health. Individuals will also learn how to focus more on prevention using self-taught methods personally used in real-life experiences. Inside the virtual e-learning environment, they will also be able to share their own personal health problems with others that may be able to help them.
